About this project

SiteScope audits a web page and shows the evidence behind every finding. Fixed rules produce the score, so the same page always gets the same result, and any AI explanation is optional and clearly labelled.

It is a personal project, built to learn professional full-stack development. This version runs privately and is not publicly hosted, so the pages below are screenshots of the running app.

What it includes

• A rules-based audit engine across technical SEO, metadata and structure, accessibility signals and security observations
• Optional performance measurements from Google PageSpeed Insights
• Optional AI explanations that can never add findings and are always shown beside the evidence
• A dashboard with the latest score, score over time, the most common issues and recent audits
• Settings for audit scope, PageSpeed, AI explanations and how long reports are kept
