About this project
Arden Horology is a fictional luxury watch brand, designed and built by i2build to show what a premium online store can feel like.
Everything on screen, including the watch, its gears and every product picture, is generated from code, so the store needs no photography.
What it includes
- A live 3D configurator: change the case, dial and strap and the watch and the price update at once
- A scroll-driven film that takes the watch apart, piece by piece, to show the movement
- Collection filters, product pages, a cart drawer and a checkout form (a concept: no payment is taken)
- The 3D lowers its own quality on slow devices, and the site respects reduced-motion settings
