About this project

BR Residences is a fictional development, designed and built by i2build to show how a premium property can be presented as one continuous film.

Four AI-generated clips are joined into a single 38-second film that plays forward and backward as the visitor scrolls: a blueprint model, the entrance, the living space, the infinity pool and a blueprint finale.

What it includes

• A pinned, scroll-controlled film with eased playback, kinetic headlines and a gold guide line that draws itself along the journey
• A chapter bar, a progress display and a sunset and midnight lighting switch that regrades the footage without changing the files
• A blueprint finale with keyboard-accessible hotspots for bedrooms, bathrooms, interior, plot and pool
• An accessible booking dialog (focus trap, validation, confirmation) ready to connect to a real backend, and a calmer version for visitors who prefer reduced motion
