About this project
Alder House is a fictional home, built by i2build as a concept for a film-led property listing. Scrolling moves a camera through every room while the light moves from morning to dusk.
The house is modelled entirely in code, so it reads as an architectural visualisation rather than a photograph.
What it includes
- A pinned scroll-driven 3D walk-through of seven chapters, with room captions and facts
- A chapter bar you can click, and a floor plan with a moving "you are here" marker
- Real sun shadows, ambient occlusion and a film grade, which switch off automatically on slower devices
- A residence page, floor plan, gallery and a viewing-request form (a concept: nothing is sent)
